Are the items in your shop ready to ship?

 

 

 

All items sold in our shop are ready to ship. However, there is still a processing window of 3-5 business days. 

(While it is rare we do offer the occasional "preorder" item. However, it will be clearly labeled as such with detailed information on how long the item will take to be made and also processed for shipping.)

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. 

Will my order ship faster if I select "pickup"?

No, all orders are processed in the order in which they are placed.

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Special release days may have a longer processing time frame. Contact me if you have any questions.

First Class Mail takes about 2-5 business days for customers in the United States.

Domestic Shipping - We do not refund for combined orders. To avoid paying shipping, you can purchase an order of $25+ and receive FREE shipping 😊

First Class Mail International, generally takes between 7–21 days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

Do you offer porch pick up?

Yes! Just message us after you check out and let us know you'd like to swing by to pick up & we will refund the shipping fee.

Can I request a custom?

Yes! Creating custom orders for people is one of our favorite things to do! Send us a message of what you're thinking & we'll do our best to make it happen.

Returns & Refunds

Please make sure your address is correct before checking out. We are NOT responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

All items are final sale, no returns or refunds. If there is a mistake with your order or damaged item please contact us! We’ll always make it right.
